 The next step in getting your Product Labels approved for sale, import, or export is providing the authorities with information about your product.

This includes providing a list of the ingredients and sending a sample of the product to the authorities for additional testing.

If the authorities identify any potential issues with your product, you may be required to modify it and provide additional evidence before your product is authorized for use or consumption.

Remember, there is a processing fee for applications.

Obtain Your Certificate of Registration

If your products meet the authorities’ health and safety requirements, they will be registered with the municipality and you will receive an electronic registration certificate.

The certificate can be displayed on goods and branding to demonstrate that they comply with Dubai’s health and safety regulations.
